The old-world charm, oak beams and inglenook fireplaces create the cosy atmosphere that makes the Inglenook Hotel and Restaurant special. Our lounge area and small nooks to sit and relax in and where you can enjoy our tasty homemade bar meals and snacks. A fine selection of well-kept real ales and weekly seasonal guest ales are on offer as well as an extensive wine list and a large range of whiskies and liqueurs.
The restaurant, which opens onto the garden, is open every day for lunch and dinner. There you can enjoy our à la carte menu in an intimate atmosphere. We specialise in local line-caught fish and all our crabs and lobsters (from Selsey) are handpicked and cooked by our chefs on the premises. We aim to make sure that many of our dishes are created using local and seasonal produce. We also smoke our own fish and meats.
Bar meals and snacks are served in our air-conditioned conservatory overlooking the garden and patio. Bar snacks and a daily Specials board is available seven days a week. Our menus change frequently, so come back often and the Carvery is available every Sunday lunchtime.
The delightful gardens provide for al fresco dining with space for up to 30 guests in our log store and seating for 70 on our large well-furnished patio. There is a smoke house and a children’s Wendy house. There is a large, picturesque garden with pond and arbour ideal for wedding photos.
Served in the Restaurant from 6.30pm - 9.30pm
For our Guests staying on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Break basis, we offer a £20 allowance per person to be used on either the A la Carte Menu in the Restaurant or on our extensive Bar Menu available in the Bar and the Conservatory.
Coffee and Tea are available in the Bar and Bar Snacks are served at both Lunch and Dinner times.
